1. If you just joined you can not be a Admin or a Moderators
2. If you would like to be a Moderators of a group then you must first
-------be active
-------More then 15 posts
-------And have to ask at least 5 people to join
3. No being mean or abusing other registered members ect.
4. Must listen Admins and no you can't be an Admin
5. Don't spam
6. Do not clear the chat box unless its full
7. No advertising your site unless affiliated with this one
8. Moderators can kick any noob if necessary
9. The only people who can have the @ symbol in there name are Admins and Moderators NO EXCEPTIONS!
10. No posting useless topics and fake / false information
